We do not offer refunds for completed services, including but not limited to Web/App Development, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing Campaigns, SEO, Web Analytics, IT Support, Web Maintenance, Hosting, and Copywriting.
Refund requests for ongoing projects may be considered in the following cases:
- If the project has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued.
- If the project is in progress but incomplete, a partial refund may be granted, based on work completed.

2. Digital Assets Refund Policy
Since digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads, including but not limited to fonts, icons, templates, and other design materials.
